Annual General Meeting, . The annual meeting of the above, was held at Greytown, on Thursday last, Mr H. S. Warden, Vice-Presi-dent, pi'esiding. An apology from received from the President, Mr J. Grace said it was understood by the Conf erouce that tho Metropolitan Committee and tho country delegates should meet and bring in some scheme for tho reduction of race meetings, but tho goncral opinion was that Clubs that had no course of their own and no appointments should be tho first to gquuderthjs. arrangement. Akura would haye to go, and Porjrna, for a, ccrtajnty, fhoy had to abolish six meetings!
