Monthly Meeting. The regular monthly meeting of the above was held this morning, Present—Messrs R. T. Holmes, (chairman), J, Stuckoy, 11. D. Dagg, E. Feist and W. Perry. MINUTES, The minutes of the last mooting were read and confirmed, FINANCE, The Treasurer (Mr Waddington) reported a [credit balaneo at date of £llO Is Gd, and imprest account credit £6 14s sd, against which accounts amounting to £32 8s Gd were passed for payment, (IKXEKAL, Correspondence and casual cases were dealt with, and the action of the Chairman and Secretary iii relieving applicants during tho month approved, It was resolved that tho authority to remove night-soil from the premises of Henry Williams be discontinued, and Mr G. M- Wood notified to this effect. The Balance Sheet duly audited] was received and other unimportant business transacted, after which the meeting closed,
