WOODVIMIB, Friday. At a well-attended meeting of , rate-payers, last night, it was resolved to request the Borough Council to obtain estimates for providing gravitation water supply. A motion was also carried, requesting tho member for tho district to support an amendment of the Municipal Corporations Act to provide for loanpolls being declared on tho majority of those who vote, instead of the number on tho burgess' roll as at present,
