< Tho nnntial meeting of the above Socioty was hold at tho Club Hotel ■on Saturday afternoon, Mr A. Walker (President) in the chair. Tho minutes of tho previous i meeting were read and confirmed. Apologies for non-attendance wore read from Messrs W, Lowes and Dorset, ""' Tho balnuco sheet was read, and showed a debit balance of 19s lid. . On tho motion of Mr Cameron the balance sheet wns adopted, The election of ofliccrs then took placo and resulted as follows : Presidont, Mr I), Guild, (proposed by Mr It. It was resolved that it be an instruction to tho Secretary that no ticket of membership be issued to a now member of the Society until his first year's subscription be paid.
