< Tho nnntial meeting of the above Socioty was hold at tho Club Hotel ■on Saturday afternoon, Mr A. Walker (President) in the chair. Tho minutes of tho previous i meeting were read and confirmed. Apologies for non-attendance wore read from Messrs W, Lowes and Dorset, ""' Tho balnuco sheet was read, and showed a debit balance of 19s lid. . On tho motion of Mr Cameron the balance sheet wns adopted, The election of ofliccrs then took placo and resulted as follows : Presidont, Mr I), Guild, (proposed by Mr It. Bruce, J, Cameron, R. Cameron, A, W,Cavo,W.Day,E AY. Dorset, G, Day, J, Donovan, G. Heron, J. C. Herbert, J, Hcsscy, D. Kennedy, W. Millar, J. Muir, A. Mntrie, John Harvey, D. McKcnzic (Woodlands) D, McKcnzic (Kuripuni), O, H. Osborne, AValter Perry, A. Stewart, W.D.AVatson, C. A, Pownall, and Abbott; Auditor, Mr R. It was resolved that it be an instruction to tho Secretary that no ticket of membership be issued to a now member of the Society until his first year's subscription be paid.
