Jeffries (Featliorston), Booth, Freeth (Carterton), Tully, Udy, Ollivei' (Greytown), Pratt (Papawai). ;; >■:; Mr A.E. D'Ai'oy was voted to the chair.' ' " ' Mr R, J, Malcolm sent in Mb resignation .as Secretary -to ■tho •Union; owing te his leaving the district, Mr P, 0, Freeth was : elected to fill tho vacancy. Mr King (Carterton) was also elected Treasurer. '
A discussion onsnod over the drawing of the Senior Cup fixtures, and they were ultimately declared void, tho fixtures to. be the same as the first round, with a reversal of the grounds. <•. " it wiis resolved that tiio captains of senior teams form a selection committee.
Mr D'Arcy was .elected delegate to the N.Z, Union, m Mr' Malcolm resigned. .']■ Messrs Wilsono and D'Aroy were chosen auditors.; , ■>. ' Messrs Pratt Brothers wore elected delegates to represent the TeOre Ore and Papawai Clubs. , Tho Oriental Football Club (Masterton) were admitted to the Union, and arc to be allowed to play scratch teams outside
. A protest was received from the Masterton Club against the win of Grey town, owing to the ball touching a spectator, when a score was inevitable. Messrs; Booth, : Tully gave their version of the affair. The protest; was not entertained, and Mr D'Arcy gave notice of appeal to the N.Z. Appeal Committee. • ;• 1
The Bush Union wrote asking the Wairarapa representatives ..to, pay thorn a visit this season,—Tho matter was held over.
■lt wns resolved that tho second round of tho Junior fixtures commence on August 26th, and that the drawing take place on Saturday next. After the final junior rep. team ihas been chosen on Saturday, a Managor, Committeo and Captain for tho tour will bo elected by the team, ' ;

A Combination practice will probably bo held- in Masterton next Thursday afternoon, when the juniors will play the Bed Stars. , •
