[ lis 6d to 12s Gd; medium, 9s 6d to 1 10a 9d. ... j ' Lamhs: Good demand, ,ajl coining forward; readily saleable, best, 7s to 7s 6d; medium, 5s Gd to Gs; culls, | from 3s np\vards, I?at Catcm: : All coming forward selling readily. Good bullocks, ,up to |9s, for very prime. Heifers ;wo havo sold at £5 to Jslos. . i Stork Cattle : Good demand for all classes, few offering. Woaners, 26s to 28s; yearlings, 40s; 2-yoar-olds, £3; 3-year well-grown and fonvard, £4 to £4los, Dairy Cows: Strong unsatisfied demand; could place largo numbers. Havo . sold good dairy cows just calved and close to calving, £9, £8 10s, £B, mid £7los: aged cows, £4 to£s'2s6d. Hkifkiis : Good line, of 20, tocalvo in spring, £4los; and a demand for more. HottSKS: Last Saturday wo hold our weokly horse sale. Small entry, mostly inferior. A numbcrcluuiged hands. Wo quote, heavy draught, £lB to £25; medium, £l2 to £ls; aged aud inferior £5 and upwards; express horses aro still in demand from £l2 to £lB for best sorts; light horses, if good sized, young and sound, arc saleable from £l2 to £ls, but they must bo good, to bring these prices, Hacks are very low, and only sometliiug very good commands attention. SilHBi'SMX.s: A little brighter owing to improvement in weather. We expect to clear tho balance of skins held over this week. Prices . are not so high as they might be. No quotations, Tam.ow: 18s to 20s for best, medium, 15s to 16s.
Giiaix: Milling wheat, no business; fowl wheat, 2s Gd to 2s 8d; Oats, quiet, Is 9cl to Is 10id for best.
Potatoes : Plentiful supply, table, 45s to 48s; seed, £3los to £4 10s, according to kind, Chaff: Plenty offering, 65s to 70s. Pnoi'KitTY: No sales to report; still an enquiry, particularly from the south, for moderate improved farms, Town property: Havo few sales pending,
