Section VI.-l!cgulating admission to and use of the Public Library and Beading Boom. Suction Vll.—Dcfming regulation and providing for licensing and inspection of Carriages, Cnrts, etc., Drivers and Conductors, fixing fees and charges, and all matters appertaining thereto.
