By the Noxious Woods Bill it is provided that Batlmrst burr, Noogoora burr, blackberry, brooin,gorse, sweetbriar, Canadian or Cnlifornian thistle, giant burdock, star thistle, wild turnip and wild mustard, shall he declared noxious weeds, and that the occupier of any land infected must give notice of' that fact. The soeds of burdock, thistle, Batlmrst burr, Noogooraburr, black-berry,swcctbriar,gorsc,ox-eycdnisy, fat ben or white gooscfoot, dock, broom, burr clovers, wild turnip, ergot, clover dodder, and wild mustard, aro to be declared noxious weeds, and anyone soiling' or plantiner them shall ho liable to a penalty, —N.Z, Times.
