dangerous goods, regulations, licenses, nnd fees. Section V.—Niiisanccsand sanitary regulations, public health and convenience, overcrowding of buildings, licensing and regulation of common lodginghouscs, and inspection and fees, regulations for and inspection of food supply. Section Yl.—llcgulating admission to and use of the Public Library and Heading Boom. Section* Vll.—Defining regulation and providing for licensing and inspection of Carriages, Carts, etc., Drivers mid Conductors, fixing fees nnd charges, and all matters appertain- • ing thereto. Section VllL—Begulations andLiccnscs for Hawkers and Pedlars. Section IX.—Hegnlations in respect of Firearms. Penal—Providing penalties for ami defining offences, repealing all previously made By-laws, and providing for interpretation of date of nud coming into operation of thcsc'Bylaws.
