Princes Specially Guarded. London, July i. Tho Anarchist nrrested on the route of the Royal procession to tl'c Tower Bridge on Saturday had in his possession a dagger recently sharpened. Tho Prince of Wales and the Duke of York aro being shadowed by detectives. London, July 5. Two Anarchists named Cantwill and Quinn will he charged at the Guildhall with suggesting that the members of the Royal Family who assisted at the opening of tho Tower Bridge should bo poniarded. They had issued a manifesto stigmatising them as" Royal vermin" and "lazy swine." Brail, the Anarchist charged with having in his possession a plan for tho destruction of the police and traitors to the cause, has been acquitted on tho ground of insufficient evidence.
