The common drunk is becoming very scarce in Masterton. Donald, vicePresident, occupied the chair, and two new members were elected. There was a good attendance and the items contributed were much appreciated. The programme to as follows: piano duct, Misses Johnston and Donald; recitation, Miss Wriglcy; pianoforte selection, Miss Judd j rending, Mr J. Owen; cornet solo, Mr J.
