CASTLE POINT ROAD BOARD.

A meeting of the Board was held on Saturday last., Present Messrs Maunsoll, Langdon, and Andrew. .. The clerk stated that five members had been elected to fill the vacancies caused by the dissolution, ■to.,. Messrs Elder for No 1 subdivision, Langdon No 2, Maunsell N0,3,-Dnlzicll No 4, Rev. J; : C.'i Andrew for No 5, and tlio first business was the election of a chairman for the current year, '"' , On tlio. motion of Mr Andrew seconded, by Mr Langdon Mr Maunsell was again elected to tlio chair, The minutes of tlio previous meeting were read and confirmed, and accounts amounting to £SO 16s were passed for payment, and tlio meeting adjourned, as Mr Langdon retired, paving no quorum present.
