I Annual Ming. J All the members were present at tho annual meeting held on Saturday, On tho motion of tho retiring membora a hearty voto ot tbanks was accorded to tho rotiring Ohairman, Mr T. Parsons, for the ablo manner in which ho had filled the chair during his term of office. MrMatbcsoo was elected Chairman, after, which the ordinary monthly meeting was held. GENERAL. Resolved that all rates outstanding lor 1892 and 1893 bo sued for. A deputation of settlors from the Wellington Special Settlement waited on the Board re a grant of M to form a piece of rond.—lt wan resolved that the Engineer inspect and report. RESOLUTIONS. Resolved that the Wairarapa North County Council be asked to fix a date fur a conference on the adjustmout of accounts for the Tuwatai Road, engineer's report. The engineer's mouthy reports was read and adopted, Several accounts svoro passed for payment and tho meeting adjourned,
