A meeting of (lie above was held l»st evening, Present-Messrs Wood, Wyett, Bright, Izard, Haigh,and Hea'gerty Mr Geo, Wyett was elected ohairman and Treasurer for the ensuing twelvemonths, Correspondence was read from Messrs Izard andHaigh enclosing copy letter sent Io Borough Council from Recreation Reserve Committee w grant of Reserve for widening West Street. An application of MrH. Smith for lease of bouse nnd paddook in Ohuroh Street, at 7s 6d per month, was refused, An application for transfor of lease part Bection 89, from Blanche Allan to E , H. Wood was granted, Accounts to the amount of £l6 18s 7d were passod for payment. Resolved to issue notice that if arrew iu rents be not paid wilhin 14 days proceedings would bo taken for recovery. A fresh lease of the Recreation Reserve was granted for 21 years on same conditions as last. , Resolved to ask School Committee for report as to bow grant of £6O had beou spent, in terras of agreement. Resolved to write to tbe lata Chairman, Mr Jas Baillie, acknowledging his service as ohairman for past fifteen years, and regretting his resignation irom the Trust. .
