Chrysanthemum Show. - } , Notwithstanding the rough weather last night, there was a fair at. tendance at The blooms exhibited called forth much admiration, some of the Bpeoimens being fit to show anywhere. Mr J. J. Keislnko (Wellington) was the principal prizetaker, Mr T, Dixon, of Mas'.erton, running bim vory clobe. A fine collection, from the nursery A '[ Mr Hale, of Nelson, arrived too late / \' for competition, and were accordingly on exhibition only. Mrs T. Hutohii soa's exhibits in the bouquet classes took precedence in every instance, A collectiou of plants in pots shown by Mr T, Dixon came in for a lot of notice, and gave an excellent idea of the best methods of training chrysanthemums.
