(From Our Own Correspondent). All yesterday we experienced Yery rougb weather bete, nt times it being qsito painful the way the gravel was /lying about. To givo you Borne ides . of the force of the wind, I might state that during the afternoon a man was blown clean over in Revan's street, and that a young lady coming from the station was jammed against the fence witb suob force that she broke her watch and lost tlio trinketi from her chain. I Towards evening heavy win fell, Jmmpanied by very vitid The Comedy Company's entertainment was yery poorly attended, evidently folks did not like venturing out, as may well be seen by the attendance tat the School Committee : election, f ; Durimjwe heavy gale bloving yeatetiMvening, a chimney at the bsok oVJ. Tocker'e, boot and shoe maker,H blown down, but happily to anyone.
