' Dunedih, Tuesday. Judge Williams has upheld Mr Carew's decision convioting Mr Knott, hotelkeeper at Mosgiel, for selling liquor on Sunday. The appellant had, raised tbe point that the person supplied'was a lodger in his bouse, but the Judge held that merely engaging a bedroom did not constitute a person a lodger.
