ANOTHER BALLOON FIASCO.

New .Plymouth, April 6, There was a large ooncourse of people in tha Beoreatiou Grounds today to witness tbo ascent in a balloon by Miss Leila Adair. They were disappointed, its the balloon caught fire during the process of inflation, and Was,totally destroyed. Miss Adair apologised.and hoped the poople would not think it was done purposely. She Stated she would have another balloon ponstruoted, and would make the ascent in about a fortnight,
