A notice of motion was given that . the rates be the same as last year, i.e., general, fd in theJE.j library, Id in the L ■ MrW, Toogood drew the Board's attention to the faot that all the books t in the.library bad been read, and no funds fare available to prooure a fresh supply He suggested that the .library db closed for two years, Attention was called to the bad condition of the Greytown-Tauheie-nikau toad.
