Neator.—Olaim for L4B for i breach of agreement to lease certain property in the Makairo, Defendant's plea was that the plaintiff had cancelled the lease by allowing other parties to graze stock and out grass Beed off tlie land. A number of witnesses were examined and tbe evidence will be sent to Cbristchuroh, where the plaintiff resides, foe the Magistrate there to decide. H Davenport v, W. Fartel,— Claim L 3 8s for medical services, Plaintiff nonsuited with costs His, H. Lambert v. Sullivan and Corby. - Claim for LIB 8s for Gladstone bag and contents lost from the Commercial Hotel. After a number of witnesses were examined tbe Magistrate reserved his decision until the following day at I o'clock.
