HERBAL REMEDIES.

Heauij Damages Claimed. (By Telegraph.—Press Association). Wellington, Thursday. A caso is being heard in the Supreme Court to-day before tho Chief Justice in which Sister Mary Joseph Aubert claims £SOO damages from Mr Orlando Kompthorne, manager for Messrs Kempthorno Prosser and Co., for alleged breach of contract. Plaintiff alleges that Mr Kempthorne contracted to take fifty gallons per annum of herbal remedies of which she is the discoverer. Defendant puts in a counter claim for £SOO on the ground that the medicines supplied, heing badly made up, fermented and were unsaleable. The caso will last all day.
