MASTERION—THUBSDAY. (Before T. Hutchison Esq, R.M.) CIVIL OASES. B. Hannah and Co v. W. L. Johnson.—Claim for £2 9s Gd for cash collected. Mr Bunny appeared for plaintiffs. Judgment given for plaintiff by default with costs. T.E.Price v. J. Bryant.-01aim for £2l2a Gd for photograph and 2s for postage. Judgment by default with oosts. Danoan Macgregor v, F, Mueller.— Claim for £l2 6s for balauco of rent due. Judgment given by default for plaintiff. W.F.C.A.V. H.Cole: Mr Bunny appeared for the W.F.C.A., Mr Duooan Macintosh gave evidence that LI 17s was due frem defendant for goods supplied, 17s had been paid since the summons had been taken out leaving £1 due. Judgment given for plaintiff with coats, Mrs Cassidy v. F. Cassidy and W. Lowes. This caße which han already been before the Court was again adjeurned, after Mr Pownall who appeared for plaintiff bad completed the proof of the sale of goods. F, CaSßidy v. W. Lowes-Mr Pownall appeared for defendant, Mr Jackson for plaintiff. Mr Pownall objected to the irregularity of the summom but the Bench over-ruled,. Mr Lowes gave evidence that he received verbal notice from Mra Cassidy that the property Bold did not belong to F, Cassidy. The amount realised was £5 12s, but owing to advice received witness did not hand over money to plaintiff. Plaintiff olaimed the amount received by defendant. Judgment waagiven for defendant with costs.
