Meeting of Directory, The'ordinary monthly meeting of Directors of the W.F.O.A, ma held on 'Jhursdiiy afternoon, Present: Messrs M, Caselberg (obairman), L, Caselberg, Pharazyn, Booth,. L. and D. Nathan, and A. W. Cave. The tninutss of the last meeting were read and confirmed.
The work of constructing tho large bulk store was approved, abd lie qukiiofi of erecting b))ildipj>B to uieet trade dismissed, The question of erecting woo) stores either at llaslerton or Wellington, waß left in abeyance, The question of shareholders and customers' grain was fully discussed, and the conclusion arrived at wbb that .when the present additions to the Mastei ton building is com» pleted, theio will be ample room for present requirements., . The purchasing prioe for oats for tho Aseooiation'B own requirements was fixed at 2s per bushel. A number of applications for shares wero received, and dealtwith. Trade reports from all branches of the Association for. the laßt quarter, were placed before the meeting, showing a, very satisfactory inorease in business, *' v ' " " ,
