Jones v Brannigan. Judgment summons. Mr HasleU for plaintiff. Amount to be paid, or in default 14 days.

Dr. Baker v Timmins. Chim for medical attendance, £7 10a, Mr Jackson for plaintiff. In this ease a mass of evidence was given, defendant's contention being that tbe case was not- properly treated, and the charge excessive. Judgment was given for £2 2s 2d, with costs £1 10s.

Oiffery v Olsen. Ad assault case. Plaintiff stated that defendant at Farkville pulled him by the ear in a forcible manner, and mado it bleed. Fined 20a aud costs 14s.

FEATHERBTON,-FRIDAY, (Before J. (i, Cox Esq., J,P.) James Nolan, with two aliatu, waß charged by the policu-witti being disorderly and using obscene language in Maryborough, hie was sentenced to three months hard labour, and was taken to iVollington on Friday afternoon by Constable Bowden.
