(By Telegtapb.—Press Association). [ Wellington, Wednesday. The enquires instituted by the Returning Officer prove that the dual t voting at the recent genera! elections ' was not of criminal intent and with the concurrence of the Crown Prosecutor, legil proceedings will not be instituted.
