Last Monday the sohool children held their annual pioaio ta Mr Lett's paddock, Lunoh and tea - were served out in the publio ball. During the afternoon games of indulged in, and.a vr.rioqTOgramme of sports for the benefit of the ohildren was carried out. There was a very large attendance of children and a great many parents and friends were also present. All seemed to enjoy themselves thoroughly, and a very pleasant day's outing was appropriately wound up by a danoe in the. evening. .
