O'Brien was charged by the Pahiatiia County Council with a ,' breach of the Wheel Tyre By-laws, ' and fined 2s with Court and solicitor's fee, H. Prebensen was oharged with # similar offence, and a liko penalty • ' was inflicted. Mr Tosswill appeared for tho .County, H, Robinson was fined 2s and costs for allowing his chimney to catoh fite. The Clerk of the Court read a written judgment of the R.M. (Mr T. - Hutohison) in the oase of (Joe v. ■ County Council, claim £BO for ahorse ■ destroyed on the County roals,.
