An adjourned general meeting of tbe Miisterton Tradesmen's Cricket Club was held at the l luh Hotel,last evening, tho attendance being small. The choir was occupied by Mr W. G, Cargill. 1 On the motion of MrJ, B, Hooper, it was decided to open thu season with ift practise match on Thursday, October sih, on tbe Park Oval. It was also decided that a meeting of member* behold at the Club Hotel on llie SHiue evening, lo endeavor to I put llie Club on a firm footing. I The meeting adjourned.
1 he Excelsior Cticlcet Club propose holding a social gathering on the evening of the !)(h November.
