(By Telegraph,—Press Association). Adoklasd, Wednesday, In the Supreme Court to-day Judge Conolly gave judgment as to tbe construction to be placed on the will of Matthew John Goodfon, lato of Hawera. Ilis Honor held that Bertha and Ada Mary Goodson, unmarried daughters, wvro entitled to receiva their respoctiro legacies of £2OOO, and also their share of the residue upon attaining the age oi 21 years.
