GIIEYTOWN—WEDNESDAY. (By Telegraph.—Pross Association), Grevtown, Wednesday. In tho H.M. Court to-day, befori Mr Hutchison, 8.M., R. A. Butcbei sued W. McKenzio for £7 for wages as reporter for the Observer, and £2 ir lieu of notice on summary dimnissal, Judgment was given for the plaintiff for eleven shillings and costs Bis shillings, the Bummary dismissal heiiif hold to ho justifiable as the plaintif was about to start nnothor paper.
