After •the minutes of the last aunual meet' »iog had teen confirmed, the Secretary stated that Owing to the soora book having been mislaid, he could not give a report ol the matches played during the year. The balance sheet wits read and adopted. Owing to a number of members having failed to pay jip their subscriptions the Club Hkjlot appcarto such good advantage otherwise have done. It Wra resolved that the secretary write to all defaulting members and request payment of their last year's subscription, Tbj balance sheet showed members' subscriptions paid £ls, oost of material £1212 a. The liabilities of the Club amounts to £2 2s; against which there are assets in the shape of material valued at £6, The meeting temped for a fortnight.
