The troops then fired on the mob, Wounding five and killing one, and afterwards charged with the bayonet. A thousand policemen will bo sent from London to Dewsbury and ■ Pontofract^j, At Sheffield the rioters stormed and burned a coahbed of the Manobestor and Sheffield Kailway, Further rioting has taken place at Featberstone. Soldiers fired on the mob, killing one man and wounding eight. Serious rioting Ims taken placo at Nottingham, and the local police forco has been strengthened by the addition of 150 men from London.
