The regular monliy meeting of the Masterton Town T. mis Trustees was held last evening. Present—Messrs W. Lowes (Chairmen), E. Feist, 8. E. G.ppcr, T. P. Lett, J. Graham, and A. W. Itenall. MINUTES. Tho nUites of the list ordinary meetiug, and a special meetiug were read and confirmed. TREASUUKIi'b IIEPOItT, The Treasurer's report showed a credit balance atdateof£lll 7s Id, ACCOUNTS. The following «ccounlß were passed for payment:-.!. Ward, 12s; W. Prngnell, £2lssßd ; Insurance, 15s. COnSESPONDESCE. A letter was received from Mr F. GoVMy-un behalf of the Fornridge School Cnuimittflp,' Committeo'a best thanks for tho late grant in aid of the school funds. Colonel Bailey, of tho Salvation Army Head Quarters, wrote with reference to an exiention of the present lease of tho Masterton Barracks, erected on Trust property, on tho same terms ns before, Mr A. J. itawson wrote asking consideration with respect to his lease in Hall-street.

RESOLUTIONS. It was resolvtd to inform Mr Ba*Kßoiij that the Trustees cannot entertain tbe proposal re conipensaiion for buildings, It was resolved that a eommitteo, consisting of Messrs Lowes, Feist, and Gapper, report on (ho question of ro-leasing the Army Barracks at noxs meeting. BLACK LIST, Thorontain anear were then dealt with, and the meeting adjourned.
