Captain Baldwin Fully Acquitted.

Wellington, Tuesday. At the Supreme Court to-day the Crown Prosecutor entered a nolle prosequi against Captain Baldwin, who stood committed for arson on n Coroner's warrant. It was explained that tlioß.M, had dismissed the case, and there was no fresh evidence. Captain Baldwin, however, demanded a jury, and one was accordingly empannelled, and fully acquitted him of the charge.
