Court to-day, before Mr T, Hutchison, E.M, the case of Cooper v McMorran, alleged assault at the last Tauhnrenikau races was heard. The evidence of Dr Bey, S. Harris and plaintiff, aud J. Kellahcr, Harold Welch, Wally Thompson and defendant was taken, Judgment was given for plaintiff for £5 and costs £2. Mr Izard appeared for the plaintiff, and Mr Pownall for defendant,
