GREYTOWN NOTES.

Lovers of dancing wer.> to nso a slang term,' fairly io it' hero last night, when three danoes were held, one near Feathera'on, to which two brakes full went from here; one at tho Foresters' Hall at which about forty couples were present; nnd the other was the usual Quadrillu Assembly's dance at the Palace Hall (forty couples,) The Hunt Glnb'sßall, to be held next Thursday, is eagerly looked forward to, and the lull will, no doubt be well filled on that occasion. It is understood ttwtthe Rev. T. B. McLem intends accepting the curacy of Ohrk Church, Wangauui. and his duties are lik«ly to commence early in October. Ho is a most zealous and earnest worker, und bis departure from Groytown will bo doeply regretted by all denominatitna.
