CHARGE OF MALPRACTICE.
(By Telegraph-Press Association). Wellisqton, Tuesday, The charge of malpractice against Caroline McGo?ern came before the Court this morning. Mrs Coleman, sister of the girl Guinan, was put in the box, ■ but refused to say more than thit sbe wont to AloGovern's house in company with her sister, Inspector Pender said that he had been deceived, as the witness, a few minutes before, had promised to tell tho whole truth. The Magistrate pointed out that pardon could be projured for Colenian.who could then be compelled to give evidence, After some -debate the case was adjourned till ,2 p.m. Isabella Guinan was then 1 charged similarly. &. written confession signed by herself was put in, anil she was committed for trial. .
