FLOODS IN BLENHEIM.
The Water in the Shops. (By Telegraph,—Picm Association). Wellington, Monday. The Polico liavo received a telegram from Blenheim, staling that the town is flooded and iho water running into the shops, Later, Blenheim, Monday. Heavy rain fell hereon Saturday and Sunday, all the rivers are in flood and the low-lying country is submerged. A few inches of water is iu tho business part of the town but no damage is done. It is still raining, but tho water is receding.
