Estate of A. Black. (By Telegroph—Press Aesooiation). Pahiatoa, Friday. The meeting of oreditors in the estate of Alex. Black, of Pabiatua, was held this morning, having been adjourned from last night. Mrßrigga moved that the balance of the furniture exolusire of the smount allowed by law, and that shown to belong to Mrs Black, be handed back to the creditors, This was seconded by Mr ■ George Moore and carried, Mr Gre-i villo dissenting. A motion was carried that a sum of £B9 voted back to the debtor the objection raised by Mr Haslitt, that proxy forms were not according to luw. A resolution was passed that the debtor be recommended for his discharge at as early a date as possible.
