Directors' Meeting, ■ A meeting of the Directors of the W.F.C.A., was held al the Company's head office, Masterton, on Friday, the 21st fast. After the correspondence and usual routine business bad been gone tough, the trade returns from the branoh businesses were laid before the Directors, who expressed themselves highly pleased at the marked increase oE trade, which was specially shown in the Carterton branch, WOOL, After discussion, the Directors decided to advance on and ship wool Home,for shareholders, free of charge. The Secretary informed the Board thai special terms, had been made by which the Association would be enabled to return to shippers 15 par cent, of the insurance premiums. Mr Feterson was appointed manager of the Greytonn cheese faotory, and it was decided to giro 3d per gallon for milk, whioh is a {A more than was given. last year.
