(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) Wellington, Tuesday. The Spanish traiuing ship " Nautiluß" has arrived here after a long and tedious voyage from Newcastle. She remains here ten days, then goes to Lyttelton; where Don Arena?, the only Spanish Consul in New Zealand resides.
