Qualification of a Hunter—A hunter is a horse that has been hunted regularly with any recognised paok of hounds, to the satisfaction of the Master, during the present season (1893), and the bona fide property of a member of any recognised Hunt Club, Definition of a Maiden Rider—Any member of a recognised Hunt Club, who has never ridden before in a race of any description (hunter races excepted), and who has never won a hunters' race at tho time of starting,
