THE DIRECT VETO BILL
Its Provisions. (By Telegraph.—Prtsa Association.) Wklunoton, Monday. As the Direct Veto Bill has not yet been circulated, and considerable curiosity expressed in various parts of the Colony as to its provisions, tha Press Association hive been asked to ciroulato the fallowing" Tho Bill oonsiats of 23 sections, of the Veto Bill recently draltod and circulated by the KZ Alliance. The sections referrod to are one to seyen inclusive, 13,17,20,24, 25, 28, and sections 8, 10, 27 modified are combineil in one. Thus reducing the miginnl bill to fourteen sections. The Hi 1 provides chat a vote of Parliamentary electors shall be taken on every general election day to determine whether the Bale of intoxicate inj; liqiinrs as boverages shall or shall not be prohibited throughout the parliamentary electorate, the issue to be determined by a majority of those who 'vote.
