The first, Dr. Feathers'.on, is now remembered bb a noble and vivid figure by old cottiers only, Sir William Fitzherbert, the second, has but recently joined the majority, and now the last of the trio departs full of years and honour, The latter years of Sir William Fox have been. devoted to temperance advocacy, but his larger reputation travels back to the tiroes when he was Premier or Leader of the Opposition) and the Hotspur of Parliamentary debates, A more fearless, honest, and Imrd-fighting man nover stood up in the Assembly, There were giants in those days and Sir William Fox wus one of the tallest and worthiest of them,
