The anniversary of the above Church w«3 celebrated at Greytown last evening by a social in the Foresters' Hall, which wag fairly well tttended, tho chair being occupied by the Eev S, J, Gibson,

The following programme was gone through in a manner very creditable to the contributors, each item evoking rounds of applause: Anthem—"The Lord isKing," Church choir; Song—''Jerusalem," Mr Black; Song—

" Pierrott," Mj?s Eowße; Recitation -"Beautiful Snow," Bev 8, J. Gibeon j Song—'' Kathleen Mavourneen," Mr Gant; Song (chonißbehiud the scenes)" Children's Voices," Mrs Shearer; song, "David Singing before Saul," Mr T. fiowso; anthem, " Single Jehovah's Praises," Church Choir, Miss Udy played all the accompaniments moat efficiently, The Chairman explained that as the present Treasurer had only just succeeded to that office, he could not present a report, but he would like to express the thanks of the Church Trustees to the young ladies who organised the Bazaar, by which, througbt their undefaiigable efforts, the handsome sum of £2O was added to the funds.

A bounteous jooffeo supper was 1 banded round to the audience, and highly appreciated, Mpsdarqes Gibson and Pepper were in charge of this department, and much credit is due to them and their assistants for; the satisfactory manner in which they carried out their duties.
