Death Steps in, (By Telegraph.—Press Association,) Auckland, Tuesday. A young girl 19 years of age, named Mabel Helander, has been arrested on a charge of wilfully setting fire to a house occupied by the Kev. Mr Lush, in which she acted in the capacity of servant. She was called upon toajjpear before the Court to-day but as it wita stated that the accused had died this morning at the Hospitni, the charge was withdrawn.
