Ordinary Meetinq, The ordinary meeting of tho Mautioeville Boad Board ks held on Saturday, tho 27tl!f*f|.. Present} Messrs O. Forsberg, Cl' TaitTf. F. Heckler and P. Andersen. Mt'Fors-' berg was re-elected Chairman.

Mr J. H. Jackson wrote, stating that though his section No. 7, Block : IV., MikiMiki, has a frontage to Mt, Bruce Boad, yet the formation of this road would bo no convenience to him, he tbeieforo requested the Board to increanoto loan by £l5O, and spend this amount in giving him access to the southern Bide of his section, Messrs Sowory wrote, desiring the Board to consider the expediency of proceeding with tho formation on Contract B„ Mt. Bruce- Boad, before the new loan is raised.—The Board decided that itniust be assured that the new loan would be got, before letting Contract B.

A- communication was received from the Eketahuna Board, intimating that it would band over JEIO of aecrued thirds from Air Thorby's sec lion to spend on agrato his section from JHaSTptovfld the Land Board agreed to this allocution of tho thirds, The Chairman and Mr J. F. Heoklerwero appointed delegates to the Conference to be held on the 7th proximo, to discuss and decide upon the alterations required in the boundaries of the rarious Road Districts. It was resolved, that in future the pnoe to bapaid for a mnn with hone and cart, when employed by the Board, should bolls per day of eight hours. It was also decided to procure a safe for the office.

Mr Cr, Gundereen wna re appointee! Collector, and tbo Clerk reappointed as Treasurer, a bonus of £lO being granted him as remuneration for extra work in connection with loans during the past year.
