ALLEGED HORSE STEALING.
Case Dismissed, (By Telegraph.—Own Con espondent.) Pahiatua, Wednesday. The information laid by Win, Neill, ofMastertou, against John Cooper for horse stealing was heard here yesteiday, before four Justices, and occupied tho Court all day. The dofence claimed to havo only detained the horse for payment of an account due for breaking in and grazing, which amounted to £6 lis, The case was dismissed, Neill to have possession of the horse, and Cooper to recover his account by legal process.
