Smith gives a right of road to the Totara Reserve; also that Mr Greville be instructed to prepare plans and specifications for draining tbe swamp and tho first section of Mount Baker Boad, as soon as posflible so that tenders may bo called to close at next meeting. A letter was received from Mr R, p, Greville reporting on Pah and Hftfuaone road works. It "was decided that tho sum of £BSO for Pah Valley Road works, be ap.
