The annual meeting of tbe t&tm Board was held on Saturday kst. Present: Messrs H, 3. Buany, J - Kayner, W. Miller, W. B. Allan. . Geo. Stevens, G. Carter, and E; Braitirwaite.

Tenders were opened for the bridging the Deep Creek arid tho Wharau, Mr Dawson's at £2lO being accepted, the work not to be commenced till next November. Sonw accounts were passed for payment and th'o meeting adjourned.
